The ancestor Pierre Dandonneau, known as Lajeunesse, was born on October 25, 1624, at Nieul-sur-Mer, in Aunis. It was baptized on 28 in the temple calvinist, of La Rochelle, in the old province of Aunis, current department of Charente-Maritime. Jacques Dandonneau and Isabelle Fain, the parents of the ancestor, married on March 3, 1613, in this temple calvinist of La Rochelle.

The first mention of the ancestor Pierre Dandonneau, known as Lajeunesse, in New-France, is made in authenticated documents by Lecoutre, on September 10, 1647. On january 16, 1653, at Trois-Rivières, Pierre Dandonneau, known as Lajeunesse, sign a marriage contract, in front of the Ameau notary and, the same day he married Francoise Jobin.

His wife, Francoise Jobin, was born between 1632 and 1637, according to various registers, originating in Amfreville-under-the-Mounts, close to Andelys, in Normandie, départment of the Eure, girl of Jacques Jobin and Marguerite Roy. Francoise Jobin are the sister of Charles Jobin married with Marie-Madeleine Girard.

Pierre Dandonneau, known as Lajeunesse, and Francoise Jobin enlarge the population of New-France, with eleven new children, nine girls and two sons, between 1654 and 1677, all born and baptized with Trois-Rivières.

The eighth of the family is that one who weaves the bond of genealogy to my children, by the side of their mother Lise Harvey. 

Francoise-Pétro nille Dandonneau was born on January 3, 1665, baptized following day. Seventeen years old on January 20, 1682, she becames the wife , of Jean Desrosiers, known as DuTremble, born in 1657, son of the ancestor Antoine Desrosiers and Anne LeNeuf , known as DuHérisson.

The ancestor Pierre Dandonneau, known as Lajeunesse, is named in the censuses of 1666, 1667 and that of 1681. He died between September 27, 1690 and January 11, 1695, in Champlain.

The grandmother, Francoise Jobin, died at the summer of 1702, buried July 6, in Champlain.
