Know all men by their presents that we Shadrack Herrin and Joel Warrin are
held satisfactorily bound unto the Commonwealth of kentucky in the sum of
fifty pounds for the payment of which will and truly be made We bind our-
selves our heirs & possibly severally firmly by there presents this 3rd
day of March 1846. The condition of the above obligation is such that a]
license is about to issue for a marriage intended between the above bound
Shadrack Herrin and Rachael Adams of Laurel County. Now should there be
no lawful Cause to obstruct sd. marriage then to above obligation is to be
void else to reserve full power Shadrack her rin -SEAL - Joel Warren -SEAL-
