NOTES: Per Johnny B. Bullock on 1-26-90, the woods behind his house is called
Newt's Woods after Robert "Newt" Van Hook. There is a spring there called
Newt's Spring. Johnny told me that Van Hook, Kentucky was named after Newt Van
Hook. Larry Herrin 3-8-90. Herb Van Hook told me in 1992 that Van Hook, KY was
named after Samuel Monroe Van Hook.
