- OBITUARY
Jessica Louise Gaither of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 10:55 a.m. at her residence at the age of 68.
She proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged. She graduated from St. Mary\'\'s Nursing School and had worked as a nurse for 45 years. Most recently she worked as an LPN at Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake, Indiana. She was a member of Warsaw Wesleyan Church and the Christian Motorcycle Association. She was a loving wife and grandmother.
Jessica was born on February 16, 1944 in Medora, Illinois to Paul Shelton and Freda (Meridith) Shelton. On March 25, 1977 she was married to Eldon Ray Gaither, who survives in Warsaw, Indiana. She also leaves behind her son: Aaron Vetter (Osceola, Indiana); step-son: Steve Bennett (Beaumont, Texas); four grand-daughters, and one step-grand-daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, and two sons.
Her visitation will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Warsaw Wesleyan Church, 2402 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, Indiana.
Her funeral service will be conducted on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Warsaw Wesleyan Church and officiated by Reverend Gale Janofski and Reverend L. Andrew Weaver. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw, Indiana. Her funeral arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
Memorial donations may be directed to Warsaw Wesleyan Church, 2402 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 and would be appreciated by her family.
