  1. 1.  MULLINS K. J. R. was born about 1860 in Mississippi.

    Notes:

In the Quitman County Courthouse, there is a marriage record between a Mr. J.R. Mullins and Annie Cunningham. A.T. Stapp signed the marriage liscence as a trustee in the matter. A.T. (Aaron Thomas) Stapp (whose wife was Susan Elizabeth Mullins) would have been a brother in law to J.R. Mullins. As of right now, it is believed that the K.J.R. Mullins, a brother to Susan found 1880 census of Yalobusha County, is the same as the above J.R. Mullins.

QUITMAN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MINUTES BOOK I, page 371
