    California sometime after his parents death. He had a dairy farm in Mountain Park, Oklahoma. In California Fred worked and retired from the Borax Co. He also
    had a real estate business and owned much property in Trona. Fred lived at
    84825 10th Street, Trona, California 935562 Death Valley. He was still alive in
    1994 as we recieved mail from him and have not been able to get in touch with him since. He has either died or is in a nursing home at his age.

    Fred Duke of Pope, Ms. died Friday, Oct 8, 1999, at South Panola Community Hospital of heart failure.
    Funeral services were held Monday, Oct 11, at 2 p.m. at Dickens Funeral Home
    Chapel in Batesville with Rev. James Bailey officiating. Interment was in Liberty Hill Ch Cem. near Pope, Ms.. Dickens Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
    Duke, son of the late Matthew Duke and Pearl McMinn Duke, was born on May 14, 1912 in Panola Co., Ms.. He was a retired farmer and cattleman.
    Survivors include one daughter, Judy Duke Houston of Pearl; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
