Obit: OLD MOKENA RESIDENT DIES AFTER LONG LIFE: Mokena, June 21- Mrs. John Schmidt, for 60 years a resident of Mokena, passed away yesterday afternoon at 3:40 at the home of John Frisch, at the age of 80 years. Old age was primarily responsible for the death. Mrs. Schmidt has one brother, J.W. Conrad and a sister in Chicago. The funeral will take place tomorrow morning at 9:30 from St. Mary's Church. Father Shark of Blue Island saying mass. The burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Schmidt's husband died several years ago. There are no children.
