  He came from Jamaica, Long Island, NY. By 1750, he was in Lynn Twp, Northampton Co, PA. Fort Everett, Lynn Twp, Lehigh/Northampton Co, named after him. Per Frontier Forts of Pennsylvania, Vol I, p. 152-153, 1916. In some records, he is referred to as "Justice Thomas Everett". He and Catharina Barbara were sponsors on Nov 13 1757 for Catharina Barbara, daughter of Michael and Maria Elisabeth Albrecht, and on Sep 2 1764, for Thomas, daughter of the same Albrechts.
