Summons 22 Nov. 1776; decree Feb. 1777. Your orator Henry Gasking shews
that his father Henry Gasking died testate, and appointed his wife Anne
and his brother Charles Gasking ex'ors of his will. The testator left
these children at his death, to wit, your orator Henry, Job, James &
William, of whom the last three were the youngest. Job has arrived
at the age of 21, and Anne the widow and Wm. one of the divisees have
departed this life before Job became 21.
