  • Notes
    • Per Larry Herrin:
!Michael A. Van Hook, 1200 Patterson, Burlington IA. Per information gathered
in The Vaughn Shipwrights of Kensington, by David Gauer, p. 183, it appears
that the person buried in Jackson County, Iowa is not the Revolutionary War
Veteran, but rather his son. This Lawrence is the true Captain who fought
in the New Jersey Militia in the War!!!
