      held firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the exat full sum
      of L50 the payment of which will and truly to be made in the said
      Commonwealth. We bind ourselves our heirs ???? and Actm?? Jointly
      Sureally and firmly by their ????????? with our seals and date this 3rd
      day of May 1825 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas
      there is a marriage shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the
      above bound John Herrin & Anna Earp both of Pulaski County now if there
      should be no lawful cause to Obstruct the same ???? this the above
      Obligation to be void ??????? to Remain in full force power & Vishn.
