On the mo. of Sarah Stogsdill a poor widow who wishes to appropriate for
herself 100 acres of land agreeably to law who produced before Court James
Hargess & Danl Stogsdill two creditable witnesses who proved that she the
said Sarah Stogsdill has not estate in her own possession to the value
$100 & _____ the same is Ordered to be certified to the Auditor of Public
Accounts Kentucky.

Elizabeth Alexander, daughter and heir of Benjamin Stogsdill, deceased.
Purchased of Jackson Chayne and wife who was another heir at law of
Benjamin Stogsdill deceased (1/5 of deceased's estate), purchased of
Singleton Earp who was a son of Sarah Erp, deceased also one of the heirs
of Benjamin Stogsdill deceased (1/3 of 1/5). The first tract conveyed to
Benjamin Stogsdill by Robert Graves's wife and third tract conveyed by
Nathan Bray and wife to aforesaid heirs.
