I Benjamin Stogsdill of Pulaski County sold unto Robert Graves of the
county aforesaid 50A on Flatlick Creek, it being halfe the land pur-
chased by Vachel Stogsdill & Benjamin Stogsdill brothers and also one
half of the mill on the said land for $500 value received.

by interlocutory decree of the Circuit Court holders for the county
wherein the heirs of Benjamin Stogsdill Decd are claimants & the heirs of
Vachel Stogsdill Decd defendents (of the one part) and heirs and represen-
tatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Decd (other part) 52A unto heirs &
representatives of Benjamin Stogsdill Deceased being the only mortgage of
the 100A on Flat Lick Creek.
