      1860 Pulaski County Kentucky Peyton Randolph was living by himself in the
      Somerset District and was 74 years old. His place of birth was listed as North
      Carolina. 1860 Pulaski Co., KY Census Dist. 2 Page 87 House 612, Family 599.
      1870 Pulaski Co., KY Census Shopville P.O. Page 25 House 173 Family 173
      lists Payton Randall as 88 years old and from North Carolina. He is living with
      Bethel (41) and Eliva (40) Randall.

      !MARRIAGE: Pulaski County Kentucky Marriage Records 1797-1850. (Certified copy
      on file).

      held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the Just and
      full sum of fifty pounds to which payment well and truly to be made to the

      These present Sealed with our Seals and dated the 15th day of May 1818 The
      Condition of the above Obligation such that whereas there's a marriage
      Shortly Intend to be Solemnized between the above Bound Payton Randolf &
      Betsy Ruark both of the County of Pulaski and if there be no lawful Course
      to Obstruct this union then this above Obligation to be Void Otherwise to
      remain in full force power & Virtue.

      Peyton Randolph is buried in the Peyton Randall Cemetery dedicated to him
      by his gr-grandsons. A picture of his tombstone is on file and is a replacement
      stone showing 1795-1875, obviously the wrong dates.
