of marriage. 1825-17=1808 or after. In the 1810 census she is 0-10. In the
1820 Census of William Herrin, she is listed as 10-16 (1804-1810); thus still
in agreement.

held firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the just & full sum

bind Ourselves Our heirs Exers & Admons Jointly Severally and firmly by
these presents Sealed with Our seals and Dated this 13th day of December
AD 1825.
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas there is a
marriage shortly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound
Singleton Erp ________ and Rebecah Herrin ______ both of Pulaski County
here if there should be no lawful cause to Obstruct the same, then the
