firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Kentucky in the final sum of L50 for
the payment of which we bind our selves our heirs & witness our hand and
seals this 29th day of March 1836 Whereas there is a license about to be
issued from the clerks office of the Lincoln County court for a marriage
intended between Isaac Herrin & Hannah Elder Now should there be no lgal
cause to obstruct said marriage then this obligation to be void
