  11/11/1980 Obit ND Charles W. Sonnenberg 71, of Belleville, formerly of Collinsville, died Monday Nov 10 at St. Elizabeth's Hopsital in Belleville. He was a retired bottler at Carling Brewery. He was a member of American legion Post 58 and Belleville Senior Citizens Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 5 sisters. He is survived by his wife, the former Bernice A. Kurrant; a son, Donald Sonnenberg of Collinsville; two daughters, Delores and Marjorie, both of Collinsville; a step daughter, Mrs. John (Charlene) Hucke of Belleville; three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Loupe of Texas, Mrs. Josephine Haston of Keller, TX, and Mrs. Denny (Blanche) Dennis of Tulsa, OK; four grandchildren and a great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 1 pm Weds Nove 12 at the Pete Gaerdner Funeral Home in Belleville. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens in Belleville.
