      Ordered that D.L. Mullins be awarded contract for building a bridge accross Hog Branch at sum of (90) ninety cents per foot upon his entering into land account to lay and to have bridge complete by September.

      According to Mary Christine Smith, a relative and descendant of the Mullins family, David worked for the railroad company and died in tragedy. His personal belongings were auctioned off, in which none of his family could bid on legally. What is known for sure is at the time of his death, Aaron Thomas Stapp was appointed the executor of his estate.
