DECREE APPROVING FINAL ACCOUNT
This day came on to be heard in open court the final account and report of D.H. Smith, Administrator of the estate of John W. Mullen, Deceased, and vouchers one to five, inclusive, attached thereto and filed therewith, and the court having fully considered the same and finding that Lena Mullen, now named Lena Mullen Brantly, through her marriage, who is now of age, and Tillis Mullen, who is still a minor, both of whom are now non-residnts of this State, and who are the sole heirs of said John W. Mullen, Deceased, have been duly and legally summoned by publication of process to appear at this term of Court which is held more than one month from the expiration of publication of said notice of process to show cause, if any they can, why this final account should not be allowed and approved; and it further appearing that J.M. Causey, Clerk of this Court and Guardian of said minor, Tillis Mullen has entered his appearnace in writing herein more than one moneth before this hearing, to-wit: On September
And it is further ordered and decreed, that out of said balances in his hands the said D.H. Smith, Administrator, shall first pay off all costs including costs of publication accrued and to accrue in this cause, and that he sahll pay to himself the sum of $50.00 as his total commissions in this cause. Said commissions and costs to be divied equally between the said Lena Mullen Brantley and the said J.M. Causey, Guardian of said Tillis Mullen. If there should not be enough money left out of the share of Lena Mullen Brantley in the hands of said Amdinistrator to pay off her one half of said court costs, then the said Administrator shall pay the same out of his commissions alllowed him for his administration of her share of this estate. Upon the filing of vouchers showing the payment of said court costs and comiisions, it is hereby ordered and decreed that the filing and payment thereof siad D.H. Smith Aministrator.
