    • Carl was in Chicago we know for sure and worked on a pianoforte factory and as bootmaker for living, he also playing on dancingball in the
      "Denmarksisters" some kind of organisation with the Danish Brotherhood in Chicago, but his old father (also shoemaker) called him back to homly beaches, as he said, to take over his fathers shoemakery, and he went back with his family Dec.12. 1908 from Chicago where he got a daughter born Lillien Marie b. July.5.1906.
