Notes - Note that there were no other Schnakes besides Nr. 19 recorded anywhere in Bergkirchen parish before this line shows up at Nr. 33. The farmstead at Nr. 33 was formerly occupied by the Juergen family, then it was renamed "Schnoaken", a dialect version of "Schnaken". So where else could Nr. 33 Schnakes have come from? The Hilverdingsen death of theSchnake born 1594 implies to me that the Hilverdingsen line was the source of the Hoefen Nr. 33 line. -- Roy Johnson
