!BURIAL: He is buried on the Rebecca DeBord farm on McQuery Rd. in Plato, KY.
The stone is southwest of the farmhouse on the hill just inside the woods. The
original stone is broken and eroded, but a new marker replaces it (1979). This
is the old John Evans Farm.

JOHN married JONES ELEANOR on 22 Nov 1782 in Maryland. ELEANOR was born about 1760; died on 14 Sep 1826 in Plato, Pulaski County, Kentucky; was buried in Sep 1826 in Plato, Pulaski County, Kentucky. [Group Sheet]
