    Wilson Co. Tennessee. ope bought 49 acres of land from Joel N. Van
    Hook on Aug. 23, 1848 for $500.

    !Wilson County census of 1850 lists Hope Skean-age 35; (wife) Winny J.
    Van Hook-age 34; 3 children: Eady-age 5; Martha-age 4; Hannah-age 6-12
    months. Another daughter was Ruthie Skean who married Dave Laine.

    Kings Mountain.
