    b) 1988 Mormon IGI Records for Kentucky show that John Evans married
    Eleanor Jones in 1782 in Pulaski County (page 4111). I believe
    this to be wrong, since Sally was born in Tennessee.

    !BURIAL: He is buried on the Rebecca DeBord farm on McQuery Rd. in Plato, KY.
    The stone is southwest of the farmhouse on the hill just inside the woods. The
    original stone is broken and eroded, but a new marker replaces it (1979). This
    is the old John Evans Farm.
