    Per Narratives of Randolph County, their home was west of Oakdale, Illinois and just north of the first Auld homestead on the ridge.

    Notes:

    Per Narratives of Randolph County, Mary's mother was an Ardrey. Mary thought the best verse in the Bible was Ps. 16:11 and the best catachism question was No. 36. We are told the Ardreys and Stevensons as families came together from Ireland in 1806. Another gives Mary's dob as March 4, 1804.
