6. HOHMAN ROY MAX was born on 2 Apr 1906 (son of HOHMAN EDWARD HERMAN and UMBECK JOHANNA MARIE); died on 23 Dec 1959. Notes:
Roy graduated from the U. of Chicago with a B.S. in June 1926 and received his M.D. from Rush Medical School June 16, 1931. Practiced medicine in Chicago - died suddenly of a heart attack, while driving his car.

12. HOHMAN EDWARD HERMAN was born on 12 May 1881 (son of HOHMAN ERNST HENRY FREDERICK and HOFFMAN CAROLINE WILHEMINE); died on 28 Mar 1937. Notes:
Ed graduated from Washington U. Dental School, St. Louis, and practiced in Nashville, Illinois, until 1919 when he and his family moved to Chicago, where he joined dr. Papsdorf in the practice of dentsitry. Was always active in church and civic affairs. He died after a short illness - having been seriously ill the summer before. He was a member of st. Louke's Ev. Church, Chicago, and is buried in Eden Cemetery there.

Johanna's home was California, Mo. Her father was an Ev. minister. She was a graduate of a teacher's college in Cape Cirardeau, Mo. Had artistic ability - painted pictures and china. Died of cancer.
