After death of Leatha, Armeda and Charles Illias, their Aunt and Uncle, raised the children. The children were treated as their own and they all had a high school education.
Since Grandmother Thomason was in such poor health, Armeda practically raised Leatha as her own until Gilmore was born.Children:
