Dad moved to Nashville in 1920 at 8 yrs. of age. His teacher was 
Hilda Krumsic (sp?) She was a sister to Mary Krumsic, friend of 
Helen and Delta all of whom went to Carbondale to school together. 
Hilda's Dad worked for the Nashville Journal. there were two papers, 
The News and the Journal. They lived in the corner house, Northwest 
corner of Walnut Street that runs in front of the Evangelical Church.
